Automatic Crinkle Machine is a quite useful system that developed by Metod Makine.

The system consists of two sections named Apparatus and Station. Station provides the demanded effects by applying tension to the jean dressed up to apparatus after resin application. And apparatus is a section that located on the mold mechanism moving with the jeans.

The major advantage of this system is eventuating the curing application in the oven with the jean given eff ect by station. There are no deformation and expansion on the eff ects as the jeans curing with this apparatus and mold mechanism. Thereby, it decreases the risks of the deformation and repair.

When the curing time of the jeans considered, approximately 6 apparatus can be used with one station. The molds on the apparatus can be designed in accordance with your own demands and imaginations and also by this way demaned models can easily realized on the jeans.

Denim Eff ect Apparatus, which has been developed by Metod Makine, is a special, quite plain and very practical apparatus. In this system, after the chemical application, the jeans are hung on the apparatus and by stretching the hanger, the desired eff ect can be given to the jeans. Then the jeans are put into the oven with the apparatus in order to be cured according to the process. In this way, the eff ect given to the jeans are assured to be permanent.

The Denim Eff ect Apparatus is manufactured in two diff erent sizes so that it can be used for both women and men sizes accordingly. Besides, there is a mechanism on the system that allows user to adjust the apparatus according to the model and size. By this mechanism, it is so easy to give tension in desired strength depending on the waist size and model of the jeans.

There is no operational cost required or air and electricity demand while using this apparatus. It is a user-friendly apparatus, which is supporting your dry process and giving permanent eff ects on your jeans.

The Crinkle Machine with Spiral, having 6 legs, is a highly eff ective wrinkling machine due to its high running speed, fast workfl ow and as it enables low cost production. The garments to be given crinkle eff ects before and as well as after the washing process are located on the heaters and treated by the heads of the machine respectively. The daily capacity of this machine is approximately 1000 pieces. The crinkling process time is around 30 seconds if the garments are treated before the washing process, whereas it is 20 seconds if the garments are treated after the washing process.

The Crinkle press consists of 2 application stands and one head that will press the trousers to be given eff ect on these stands. In line with the customer’s request, 2 or 4 pistons can be used in the press head.

The system works with air and electricity. The air is used for creating pressure force of the air pistons, while electricity is used for feeding resistances of the heating group. The system is sliding and the product can be prepared on one stand while the pressing procedure is carried out on the other.
