The construction of chemical application cabinet consists of 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel panels. The water curtain, water tank and filtration tank having a thickness of 2 mm, and the tank on the top area having a thickness of 1.5 mm are all made of 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel. In this system, the air is flushed by the nozzles. Any chemical or permanganate particles unavoidable by water screen are bound by those flushing nozzles. The nozzles can be cleaned when needed, as they are easily detachable. There are two different separate valves functioning in order to adjust the pressure of the top carriage container and nozzles. There is a double filtration system for the water, which is carried by the pump from the bottom tank to the one located on top of the cabinet. By this double filtration system, the impurity of water is prevented. The water used in the system is discharged by an emptying valve.

The chemical particles are bound properly by the help of the water screen and water flushing system. There are two fan absorption units at the bottom and centre sections of the water screens. By this system, a very effective absorption is achieved and the diffusion of chemical odour through the environment is prevented.

The electrical board having the necessary thermal and contactor protections is located on the cabinet. The illumination is provided by fluorescent armatures. The length of the cabinet varies depending on the number of robots.

In this system, there is no chemical odour inside but there is a certain amount of chemicals exhausted outside by a chimney.

Spray Cabinets with Conveyor allows to apply chemical application to robots dressed up with jeans while they are moving on the conveyor and is a system that makes easy and increase the workflow and daily capacity.

The cabinet system is designed in accordance with the customer demands as Eco-Friendly Professional or Semi Professional Cabinet. In case of choosing The Semi Professional, The Conveyor System is made from Webb Type Conveyor and in case of choosing Eco-Friendly Cardanic Type, ( Cardan Shaft) Conveyor is being chosen.

There are two different models in this system according to the system capacity requirements. Numbers of the robots can be increased and decreased by changing of the length of the cabinet and conveyor. Generally this system consists of 12 or 18 dummies. The capacity of the conveyor system with 12 dummies for 3 shifts are approximately 4000 – 4500 pcs and the capacity in the system with 18 dummies, this number increases to 6000 – 6500 pcs.
